Our Values at Simple Honours

📘 What This Page Offers

It’s important to us that we’re clear on our values — and how those values shape every part of the services we offer. This guide walks through how the programme works, what you can expect, and the kinds of boundaries we hold to protect your time, energy, and experience.

We’ve put this together so you can understand what Simple Honours coaching involves before choosing to enrol — with transparency and clarity. This guide is designed to summarise our key terms and approach. If any differences pop up between this and our full Terms & Conditions, the full version will take precedence.

🙌 What We Stand For

Simple Honours is grounded in real-life growth — practical, relatable, and respectful of your context and situation. Our core values guide everything we do:

  • Clarity and fairness in every interaction.

  • Respect and safety in how we work together.

  • Real-world impact, through tools and frameworks that empower.

🧭 How Enrolment Works

We want every enrolment to feel intentional and well-supported. Here’s the journey in five steps:

  1. Initial Parent Conversation We begin with a consultation with the parent or guardian — to clarify goals, discuss fit, and answer questions.

  2. Fit Check & Alignment Together, we consider emotional readiness, expectations, and practical alignment. This includes confirming the teen is comfortable participating.

  3. Programme Offer If everything feels right, a clear invitation to begin is provided — outlining session details, schedule, and payment structure.

  4. Acceptance & Deposit You confirm the enrolment and reserve the start date by paying the deposit. This marks mutual agreement and secures the space.

  5. Begin Programme Sessions commence on the agreed date — with tailored materials, structured support, and space for reflection and growth.

✋ Your Commitment

This is a one-on-one coaching programme designed for meaningful, personal connection. We ask participants to:

  • Engage honestly and respectfully.

  • Be present and prepared to participate.

  • Honour personal boundaries — emotional, energetic, and practical.

  • Use provided materials thoughtfully and with respect for our intellectual property.

Your commitment ensures the experience remains focused and genuinely impactful.

🔄 Deposits, Postponements & Cancellations

This programme is purposefully capped to ensure personalised attention, continuity, and meaningful impact. Once a place is reserved, it reduces availability for others and initiates detailed planning tailored to each participant.

Securing Your Spot: A 50% deposit confirms your coaching place and reflects our shared commitment. Because each space is bespoke and not easily reassigned, this deposit is non-refundable.

After Your Programme Begins: Once your programme has started, the full fee is payable, regardless of withdrawal. This protects the structure of the programme, and acknowledges the time and preparation committed to your coaching.

Exceptional Circumstances: We recognise that life can be unpredictable. In serious cases — such as illness or family emergencies — we may offer alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling, pro-rated adjustments, or partial refunds. These are offered at our discretion, based on individual context.

For full details, including flexibility options, see our Terms & Conditions.

⚖️ Clear Boundaries & What We Do (and Don’t Do)

We want you to know exactly what this programme offers — and where its limits lie. Simple Honours is a personalised coaching experience for individual teens, built on years of practical insight and emotionally intelligent support. It’s not just what we teach — it’s how we guide, challenge, and equip young people to thrive.

We’re confident that by the end of the Study Reboot, your teen won’t just leave with stronger study habits — they’ll carry forward a renewed sense of purpose and practical tools to sustain it.

And just as we’re clear about the focus of our work, we’re equally upfront about the scope of our support:

  • We offer structured tools, emotional insight, and practical frameworks for real-life growth.

  • We don’t offer medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • We are not a counselling service.

  • Success depends on many factors — including personal effort, context, and openness to change.

  • Once enrolled, participation involves mutual accountability, clear boundaries, and shared respect.
